As a licensed permanent makeup specialist, brow expert and makeup artist in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, my passion for enhancing beauty runs deep. I’m also the proud founder of Vivi Albuquerque, a brand dedicated to tweezers and makeup.

I opened the Bloom Studio to offer these services in a welcoming and professional environment. At Bloom, we also have a licensed esthetician providing facial treatments, ensuring high-quality services that promote beauty and wellness from the inside out.
