To ensure the best service for all clients, Bloom Studio has the following cancellation policy: You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up to your appointment, a fee of 30% of the total service cost will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments. We understand that unexpected situations can arise — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
